Kinoven is currently in an active pre-launch market validation and product development phase. By subscribing as a Founding Member, you acknowledge that automated AI tutoring, personalized learning dashboards, interactive curriculum generation, and user account portals are planned features currently under active development rather than operational software immediately provisioned at checkout. Initial private beta delivery is targeted within 90 days.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://kinoven.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of pre-launch founding memberships for Kinoven (“Kinoven,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By visiting the Site or purchasing a founding membership through our hosted checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access the Site or purchase a subscription.
Pre-Launch Product Status
Kinoven is a concept for an AI-powered personalized learning companion designed to turn complex topics into structured roadmaps and contextual understanding.
- Planned Capabilities: Interactive roadmaps, AI tutor replies, lesson expansions, and adaptive quizzes are development milestones, not instant access features.
- Delivery Target: We target releasing the initial private beta within 90 days of founding membership launch.
- Founder Communication: Backers receive development progress logs and milestone updates sent to their checkout email address.
- No Misleading Claims: We do not claim that user account creation, interactive chat, or automated in-app dashboards are currently functional or tested.
Pricing, Billing & Merchant of Record
Subscription Model: Kinoven operates as a recurring monthly software subscription.
Billing Frequency: Billed automatically every calendar month in advance until cancelled. Taxes (such as VAT or local sales tax) may be calculated and added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.
Merchant of Record: All payments, subscriptions, invoicing, and card processing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com). Dodo Payments is responsible for payment collection, fraud management, and tax remittance.
Cancellation Terms & How to Cancel
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time prior to your next monthly billing date. There are no cancellation fees, lock-in contracts, or exit penalties.
Cancellation Process:
1. Self-Serve Portal: Click the customer billing portal link included in your confirmation email or invoice from Dodo Payments.
2. Direct Email Request: Send an email to founders@kinoven.com from your checkout email requesting cancellation at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
Note: Because the user dashboard is in pre-launch development, in-app cancellation toggles are not yet operational. Cancellation is handled reliably via Dodo Payments customer portal or founder email.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and pre-launch offerings are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. In no event shall Kinoven or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
